2016 Vendor Cafe

The 2016 AMIA Conference is right around the corner!

The Vendor Café is scheduled for two days – Thursday, November 10th and Friday, November 11th. Like last year, the Vendor Café will open each morning with a Conference Plenary and breakfast. Thursday morning’s plenary will be the official opening of the Conference. At the end of the plenary session, the Vendor Café will be officially open. We’ll also offer a coffee service in the morning and there will be our Café Reception on Thursday evening.

For the reception, attendees will receive a complimentary drink coupon courtesy of the Vendors. We had a good turnout at past year’s receptions and hope we will again this year. After the reception, attendees will head for Archival Screening Night at The Hollywood Theatre.

Exhibit Booths include an 8×10 booth, a draped six foot table, and two chairs. Electricity is not included with the booth.  Exhibitor forms and ordering information will come to you directly from the Show Director, APA Exposition Services.

If you are not already a sponsor, we encourage you to consider our Contributing Sponsor package. AMIA’s projects and educational programs rely on our partners and sponsors. I’ve included our 2016 Sponsorship Information, but we have also developed a special Contributing Sponsor package only available to those exhibiting in the Vendor Café.

The Contributing Sponsor package includes your booth, a full registration to the conference, and other ways to increase your exposure to attendees. :
