Join us in The Pavilion!

The Pavilion is scheduled for two days – Thursday, December 5th and Friday, December 6th.  A central meeting point at the conference, it brings together exhibit booths, skill shares, “ask an expert” spaces, and poster sessions.  Our goal is to create a hub for sharing information at the conference.

It’s a great location and a great program. We have a great room rate at our headquarters hotel – the Hyatt Regency Milwaukee– and encourage you to book early!  Room rates are only guaranteed until 10/23.

The Contributing Sponsor package includes your booth, a full registration to the conference, and other ways to increase your exposure to attendees.  :

  • One full registration AMIA 2024

  • A 25 word profile of your company and logo on the sponsor page of the website
