Archival Screening Night Submissions
It’s that time of year again! Time to start programming the 2019 ARCHIVAL SCREENING NIGHT!
Please consider submitting your best finds and preservation efforts to the 2019 edition of Archival Screening Night at this year’s AMIA Conference in Baltimore. The event will take place on Thursday, November 14th at the Parkway Theatre.
Everyone is invited and strongly encouraged to submit. Some priority will be given to first time applicants, applicants who were not selected for last year’s show, and works which speak to the region in which the conference is held. If you are showing material as part of any other screening or panel during the conference, we ask you not to submit that piece to Archival Screening Night. You are welcome to resubmit material that was submitted but not selected in past years. There is a limited total screening running time, so not all pieces submitted will be included in the program. Technical resources for this year’s venue are not yet fully determined, so some programming selections may be made based on technical capacities.
The 2019 edition of Archival Screening Night will not be open to the public.
Also, if you are interested in having your submission considered for inclusion in the 2020 AMIA Archival Screening Night Roadshow, please let us know below. For more information on the Roadshow please visit www.asnroadshow.com.
