Call for Posters
The AMIA 2021 Conference Committee is pleased to invite submissions of abstracts for poster presentations. A poster presentation is one in which information is summarized using texts and images, and presented in a poster format. This is an excellent opportunity to highlight your repository, a digitization project, a research project or other initiative, and share your work with your colleagues. The conference will feature general Poster Sessions as well as a Student Poster Session.
In this year’s virtual poster sessions, all posters will be online with the poster image, presenter(s) name and affiliation (if any), and abstract. Each poster presenter will submit a 4-5 minute video presentation that will be scheduled during a Poster Session during the conference, as well as a poster image that can be used on the website. Each presenter will also have the option of participating live in a short Q&A during their Poster Session.
The Committee is scheduling a special poster sessions to highlight the work of students. The Student Poster Session will work the same as general Poster Sessions, but will highlight the work done by students.
Your submission must include a title and an abstract for the program (150 words). Videos will be due by November 10 for accepted posters.
