General Notes Speakers must be registered for the conference. Speakers may only participate in two sessions during the AMIA Conference. When asking speakers to participate, it is important that you are aware if they are part of other proposals. Scheduling Committee & Group Meetings
At AMIA 2022, there is space available for working groups, committees, and task force meetings. While many groups choose to meet informally, meeting rooms are available by requesting space below. Unless indicated otherwise on this form, meetings are included in the online schedule for the Conference and are open to all attendees.
