AMIA’s first virtual Pavilion provides the perfect setting for to gain visibility and allows you to engage with media specialists from around the world. You’ll be able to interact with all attendees in the conference platform, set up meetings and video calls, and get notified when someone visits your booth.

New for AMIA 2020 – the opportunity to present a prerecorded 2 minute Tech Talk. Tech Talks are an opportunity for you to highlight common challenges and solutions you can provide. Tech Talks are not a sales pitch, but instead an opportunity to share information and technology.
A Virtual Booth/Pavilion. In this virtual showcase you can feature your Tech Talk (or other video), materials to download, have a contest, or chat with attendees when they come to your booth. The Pavilion is available to everyone within the conference platform at any time during the conference. You can even get a ping when someone enters your virtual booth if you’re online so that you can connect with them.
During the Conference – Pavilion Sessions. Tech Talks will be featured in a Pavilion Session each day (Tue-Thu) at the conference. You can attend the Session each day and have the opportunity to answer any questions via the chat.
A virtual booth in the Pavilion – open throughout the conference. You’ll have the opportunity to upload a video (or your Tech Talk), and materials into your virtual booth. You’ll be notified when there are visitors to your booth so you can pop in to answer questions if you’re online. As an attendee, you’ll be able to chat with other attendees throughout the conference, attend sessions, and network with colleagues throughout the conference.
After the Conference. Your Tech Talk and any materials for download you provide will be featured on the Conference website until February 15, 2021. We’ll be encouraging members and attendees to visit the virtual Pavilion regularly during that time.
