Join us in The Pavilion!

The Pavilion is scheduled for two days – Thursday, December 8 and Friday, December 9th.  A central meeting point at the conference, it brings together exhibit booths, skill shares, “ask an expert” spaces, small group discussions, and poster sessions.  Our goal is to create a hub for sharing information at the conference.

It’s a great location and a great program. We have a great room rate at our headquarters hotel – the Omni William Penn Hotel– and encourage you to book early!  Room rates are only guaranteed until November 7th.

Remember – if you are an AMIA Institutional Member, you receive a $150 discount on your booth.

The Contributing Sponsor package includes your booth, a full registration to the conference, and other ways to increase your exposure to attendees.  :
