The Pavilion: Knowledge Sharing Activities
In 2018 the Pavilion was created as a way of having a broader, more central exhibit hub of activity that includes exhibitors, committee activity, small group discussions, and poster presentations.
The Pavilion includes exhibit booths. But again this year many of the booth spaces will now be available as areas for demos, skill shares, and information sharing on both Thursday and Friday.
Committees, groups, and members are invited to submit interactive activities to be included in the Pavilion- ideas so far have been “ask an expert,” skill shares, mini-workshops, but feel free to create your own ideas! Booth spaces are 8′ x 10′.
We will be scheduling activities and small group discussions throughout the day. You can check the conference program here to see what the best times might be for your Pavilion activity.
Spaces are limited to non-commercial demos, skill shares, experts and other activities. For commercial exhibits, visit our exhibitors page here.
