Registration Information

The conference offers three parallel session tracks as well as workshops, screenings, receptions and the Vendor Cafe.  More information will continue to be posted.  If you register now, you will be able to adjust your registration as new events are added.

Also –

• OnWednesday, November 18th, there will be a half-day Reel Thing Technical Symposium from 12:30pm – 5:30pm.
• Opening with a keynote address on Wednesday, November 18th (after The Reel Thing) will be a full day DAS: Portland (digital asset symposium) program on Thursday, November 19th.

Cancellation Policy. You may cancel your registration at any time up to November 1, 2015. There is a cancellation fee of $25.

Students: Please note that all student registrations require a photocopy of a valid student ID card – with expiration date. You may fax a copy of both sides of your student ID to the AMIA office at 323.463.1506 after you have registered online, or email a copy to amia@amianet.org.

Workshops & Symposia: All workshops require a minimum attendance. If minimum attendance is not met, notification will be made by October 5th of workshop cancellation. All registration fees for cancelled workshops will be refunded.

Workshop Registration.  If you are not attending the conference, but do wish to register for a workshop, indicate “Workshops Only” during your registration process.
