AMIA 2026 | Archival Screening Night Proposals

The 2026 edition of ARCHIVAL SCREENING NIGHT will take place on Thursday, December 3, 2026 at Row House Cinemas in Pittsburgh.

Archival Screening Night provides AMIA members attending the conference with an opportunity to showcase recent acquisitions, discoveries, and preservation efforts in a program that represents the magnificent spectrum of formats, works, and collections protected and preserved by the AMIA community.

Please consider submitting your latest preservation efforts, favorite finds, and best kept secrets to this incredible event!

Everyone is invited and strongly encouraged to submit. Some priority will be given to first time applicants and works which speak to the region in which the conference is held. If you’re showing material as part of any other screening or panel during the conference, we ask you not to submit that piece to Archival Screening Night. You are welcome to resubmit material that was submitted but not selected in past years. Please see the submission form for details and requirements.

Help us get the word out! Please share this with your community and reach out to us at asn@amiaconference.com if you’re interested in volunteering to help with this year’s show.

HOW TO SUBMIT:

If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us at asn@amiaconference.com.

All the best,
The Archival Screening Night Group
