While the conference will be virtual, we’ll still be offering the Pavilion and an opportunity to talk more about your services and products.
Exhibitors receive –

- Live Lightening Talk (3 mins) at AMIA 2021
- Social media shout out during the conference
- One registration to the conference
- Booth materials in the virtual Pavilion on AMIA conference site through February 2022
Tech Talk. Tech Talks are an opportunity for you to highlight common challenges and solutions. Tech Talks are not a sales pitch, but instead an opportunity to share your expertise, information, and solutions.
Lightning Talk. Sign up for one or multiple opportunities to present a three (3) minute Lightning Talk in a Pavilion session. Unlike Tech Talks, these can focus on a product or service you offer and the solution it offers. We do urge you to make it solutions based so that attendees can relate to your product or service.
A Virtual Booth in the Pavilion. In this virtual showcase you can feature your Tech Talk (or other video), materials to download, have a contest, or chat with attendees when they come to your booth. The Pavilion is available to everyone within the conference platform at any time during the conference. You can direct people to your booth for more information or downloads during your Lightning Talk, and if you have a specific download or giveaway, let us know so we can spread the news.
Costs for exhibitors are $600 with a $100 discount for AMIA Institutional Members.
