AMIA 2026 | Exhibit in the Pavilion

Join us in The Pavilion!

The Pavilion is scheduled for two days – Thursday, December 3 and Friday, December 4.  A central meeting point at the conference, it brings together exhibit booths, skill shares, “ask an expert” spaces, and poster sessions.  Our goal is to create a hub for sharing information at the conference.

Suppliers and service providers have always been a great source of information about what’s new and what’s coming up.  They provide an important look into what’s down the road.

Contact us to reserve your booth!  Exhibit Booths include an 8×10 booth, a draped six foot table, and two chairs. The Exhibitor Application is here.

  • Pavilion Exhibitor – $900
  • AMIA Institutional Member – $750
  • Contributing Sponsor – $2,000 (includes booth and registration)

It’s a great location and a great program. We have a great room rate at our headquarters hotel  and encourage you to book early!  Rooms are subject to availability.

The Contributing Sponsor package includes your booth, a full registration to the conference, and other ways to increase your exposure to attendees.  :

  • One booth in The Pavilion
  • One conference registration
  • Listing as a Contributing Sponsor on the conference website and in the Program
  • A 25 word profile of your company and logo on the sponsor page of the website
  • Included in Sponsor announcement emails to the attendees and membership
  • The opportunity to include your marketing collateral in the conference packages

If you are not already a sponsor, we encourage you to consider it.  AMIA’s projects and educational programs rely on our partners and sponsors.  We have different levels for sponsorship, have developed a special Contributing Sponsor package only available to those exhibiting in The Pavilion, and we are willing to create a sponsorship package to fit your budget.
